The long wait is over for those craving an unconventional steak experience in Pampanga.

RARE Bar & Grill officially opened its doors (and fired up the josper oven) on October 8, 2024 at Quest Plus Clark, beckoning guests to enjoy a mouthwatering selection of steaks, dry-aged meats, handcrafted cocktails, and a personalized interactive service that ensures an unforgettable time in the region's iconic culinary scene.

The team led by Quest Plus Clark Hotel Manager Michael Gapin and Culinary Director Jean Louis Leon wowed the crowd with a ceremonial cutting of 1.5 kg tomahawks using steak knives carefully sourced from across the globe -- all of which diners will finally be experiencing at the restaurant firsthand.

"Here in Quest Plus Clark and Mimosa Plus Golf Course, we are excited to introduce another restaurant that will elevate the already vibrant and iconic culinary scene in Clark, Pampanga," Gapin said during the opening.

RARE Bar & Grill is only the first of the many new restaurants to be introduced by Quest Plus Conference Center, Clark in the near future. The exciting array includes a Spanish restaurant, a Filipino restaurant, a bar and restaurant called Bay 49 at the upcoming Driving Range of Mimosa Plus Golf Course, and Baker J at Clark International Airport.
