The following measures will also be implemented for the duration of the stay of guests following guidelines set by the DOT and DOH/BOQ:

1. The hotel shall provide basic lodging with food and beverage services delivered to the rooms as part of the agreed package.

2. Daily housekeeping shall not be implemented to avoid any direct contact between guest and hotel staff. Cleaning and sanitation materials will be provided for individual cleaning of the rooms

3. We strictly implement social distancing in the following areas:

 **Guest Elevators – a maximum of 4 guests are allowed

 **Public Areas – no loitering around the hotel

4. If any of the guests have symptoms of COVID-19, guest will be directed to the assistance of Clark Development Corporation Health Office for further medical assessment.

5. The company shall provide full details of guest’s prior arrival ex. Scanned passport copy for faster check in process.

6. No visiting of other guest rooms.

7. Only registered guests are allowed in the hotel.

8. Only registered guests should stay in the room, maximum of double occupancy only.

9. No bringing in of equipment like printers, desktops etc. Only laptop is allowed

10. In the event of a new guideline set by the Government regarding COVID-19 our services might change without prior notice and is subject for strict compliance.

13. Swimming pool, gym and in-room massage are not available until further notice.

14. Shuttle service is not available until further notice.

15. No food delivery from outside is allowed. Full board meals will be provided for as part of the package.

16. Hotel requires maximum of 72 hours for cleaning guest’s rooms between guests

As part of our screening process during this ECQ, we would need the following information before check in of your guests:

1. Fully accomplished health and travel surveillance form

2. Information as to where you/your guests will be coming from (exact location, complete address)

3. Information if there are any case of COVID-19 findings in the area where you or your guests came from? Are there PUI or person under investigation?

4. Profile of each guests who are checking-in

5. Complete contact information of Employer / Immediate Superior (Full name, designation, contact information) (if any)
